作者简介

  过去人们往往一辈子从事同一份工作,而如今人们却频繁地更换工作。请给出造成这种现象的原因以及你的建议。
虽然有时更换工作会让人感到烦恼甚至痛苦,每年还是有成千上万的员工在短时间内连续更换工作。导致员工跳槽的常见原因包括可恶的老板、少得可怜的工资和恶劣的工作环境。然而,最根本的原因却往往被人们忽视了。
跳槽热在很大程度上是由当今社会所发生的巨大变革引发的。急剧的变化,是21世纪的最大特点。世界各国都经历着政治、经济、社会结构等方面的巨大转变。这些转变从根本上改变了人们对跳槽的看法。以往那种必须长期在一间公司工作才可以在职场获得提升的日子已经一去不返了。如今,无论是雇主还是雇员,都不会把长期供职于一间公司与忠诚度联系在一起。雇圭们不再认为员工的雇主数目是衡量其忠诚度的最好方法。相反,他们更加看重的是员工是否在供职时全身心地投入工作,因为他们相信这样更有可能取得好的工作效果。这也就意味着,今天的雇员们可以相对容易地改变自己的工作,按自己的节奏来管理自己的职业发展。
虽然社会变化是不可抗拒也不可改变的,人事主管们仍然可以改善当前的状况。需要注意的是,有的时候员工决定离开,仅仅是因为他们觉得工作本身或是工作环境和自己原本所期待的有很大的差异。工作时间与原本承诺的不一样,培训或晋升的机会也迟迟未能公布,人事主管甚至在薪资方面撒谎。为了降低员工的期望值,人事主管应该在面试申请人之前,先做出符合现状的工作样本,让申请人能够更加全面地了解实际的工作情况。
